Four students from CTU and CU got together. In less than a day they flew to Zurich in Switzerland, to participate in the international hackathon Hack for Healthcare.

The hackathon was won by a team of FIT CTU and UWB students with the UrineMeter device. The team received the main prize of EUR 3,000 from the Minister of Health.

FIT student Ing. Petr Kasalický successfully completed the inter-university program prg.ai Minor, which focuses on artificial intelligence.

On 1 October, doc. RNDr. Ing. Marcel Jiřina, Ph.D., was appointed Dean of FIT CTU for the term of office 2021–2025.
