Summary
This thesis focuses on mapping the processes in the company Curso and optimizing one of the processes. A process map is used to capture the structure and hierarchy of processes in the organization. A key part of the work is the analysis of a specific process and identifying its shortcomings and weaknesses. The BPMN notation is used to visually capture the current state and propose a TO-BE model. Another part of the thesis is the preparation of materials for implementing the process into the company's information system, including defining functional and non-functional software requirements, use cases, domain model, and screen previews. The work also includes testing scenarios to verify the implementation of the proposed design. The thesis is supplemented by an economic evaluation of the optimalization.

Summary
In this thesis I deal with a creation of an add-in for Microsoft Project. This add-in is supposed to be used in project management to determine the task criticalness potential and the task failureness potential for individual project tasks and to assemble task threatness matrix, graphical represantation of these two potentials. Within this thesis I describe the theoretical foundations of the criticalness potential, the failureness potential and the task threatness matrix. I discuss possibilities of Microsoft Project add-in implementations and describe in more detail the VSTO type of add-ins. Next I describe the performed analysis, implementation and testing of the created add-in. In the end of thesis, there is the installation guide and the user guide for this add-in.

Summary
The master's thesis focuses on the issue of the administration of the funding applications in the Operational Programme Environment. The main aim of the thesis is to design and implement the information system, which will serve for the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic to manage the funding applications. The detailed process of creating the system that begins with the analysis and ends up with the testing is described in the thesis. At the end of the thesis there is an evaluation of the benefits of this system for the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic and the presentation of the possibility of the further development.

Summary
The diploma thesis deals with the interconnection of conceptual modelling with the implementation of information systems and proposes solution to represent conceptual models directly in the Haskell programming language including their visualization as well as validation and verification procedures. Basic concepts and significant approaches to conceptual modelling and formal specification with their supporting tools are discussed in this work. Furthermore, the work contains analysis of the selected properties of programming languages to be used for conceptual modelling, requirements for representation of conceptual models and Haskell's own expressiveness is analyzed too. The proposed solution, which is based on previous discussion and analysis, in the form of an implemented Haskell library prototype is demonstrated in a case study and its advantages and disadvantages are discussed in terms of the resulting software product and project management. The result of the thesis is a documented open-source prototype, including its methodology for the construction, validation and verification of conceptual models. The thesis also contains proposals for the future development of the system and other research possibilities in this topic.

This master thesis deals with the analysis of reliability in the field of railway safety equipment. It continues to previous bachelor thesis, where the web application for predictive analysis was implemented according to the MILHDBK-217F standard. The aim of this thesis is to extend the application about a possibility to enter intentionally deteriorated parameters of components and then analyze the effect of these parameters on the final result. The thesis also includes the analysis of business processes related to the management of the equipment reliability.
The application is based on the Symfony2 PHP framework and MySQL database. The processes are modeled using the DEMO methodology.

The thesis deals with methods for comparing notations of modeling business processes. The principle examines the entire life-cycle of the process, process management, process modeling and BPMN/UML notations. An important part includes a comprehensive review of methods used for comparing the notations. The study includes formation of an evaluation process based on the conclusions of the appropriate thematic sources. The practical output is a methodology for the application of the proposed procedure along with its verification using model diagrams of the Process Portal of the FEE CTU in Prague.

This work deals with process metrics quantifying various aspects of business processes, such as their quality and complexity. The theoretical part of the work identifies and categorizes the process metrics, discusses the available graphical notations and formats of business process models. The first part includes a detailed analysis of the products on the market followed by an investigation of the communication requirements and processes at a company active on the Czech and US market. Summary
This thesis deals with the design of alternative DEMO methodology visualizations with respect to ease of understandability for executives of an organizations and companies. In the introductory sections the work briefly describes the DEMO methodology. Next section is devoted to analysis of existing tools, visualizations and methods of interactive business process simulation. In the following part are DEMO diagrams compared to each other and to their older versions. This comparison is evaluated and mutual interconnection between diagrams and presented information is extracted. Next chapter deals with requirements specification for the interactive visualization. The following section deals with the design of individual visualizations (textual and graphical) with respect to the specified requirements. The last section is devoted to success evaluation of the designed visualization using developed prototype.
